James Martin served up a delicious lemon posset with candied rind and lemon cookies for the festive season on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 150g caster sugar, 600 ml double cream, 2 lemons, zest and 75ml lemon juice.
For the candied rind: 1 lemon peel, only julienned, 50g caster sugar and Splash of water.
To serve: Lemon cookies and Lemon balm.
