The ingredients are: 300ml double cream, Pinch of ground cinnamon, 50g pistachio nuts, 2 mini Christmas puddings, cooked, 5 x Meringue nests, 4 x scoops of soft vanilla ice-cream and 50g pistachio nuts, chopped.
