Simon Rimmer served up a delicious pistachio tiramisu with mascarpone cheese and ready made custard on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 250ml water, 1 tablespoon matcha powder, 200g sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 75ml pistachio liqueuer, 350g trifle sponges or fingers, 500g mascarpone, 500g ready made custard, 200g pistachio cream, 50g finely chopped pistachio and Pistachio powder to dust on top.
