The ingredient for the pastry are: 250g chilled and diced butter, 500g plain flour, plus extra, 1 egg, beaten and Little dribble of water.

For the filling: Big handful of leftover Turkey, 1 tbsp Harissa Paste, Olive oil, 2 Roasted Carrots, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 Garlic clove, 2 tsp of smoked paprika, 2 roast potato, chopped and Cheese from cheeseboard (cheddar), shavings or slices.
