Gok Wan chilli and salt king prawns with chicken cauliflower and Papa Wan noodles recipe

Gok Wan served up tasty chilli and salt king prawns with chicken cauliflower and Papa Wan noodles on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 6 raw king prawns, shelled, deveined and butterflied, Cornflour, 2 eggs, beaten, 300ml sunflower oil, ¼ tsp Chinese five spice, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp sugar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 pinches black pepper, 2 pinches white pepper, 1 tbsp groundnut oil, 2 white onions, sliced, 3 garlic cloves, chopped, 1 red chilli, chopped and 2 spring onions, sliced.

For the noodles: 200g fresh wonton noodles, 5cm piece root ginger, peeled and julienned, 1 tsp groundnut oil, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce and 2 spring onions, julienned.
