James Martin served up tasty Deep Fried Aubergines with Miso Sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 aubergine, diced, Vegetable oil to fry and Toasted sesame seeds to serve.
For the Miso Sauce: 200g white miso paste, 150g caster sugar, 70ml sake and 70ml mirin.
