Mary Berry and Anton Du Beke served up tasty Crispy Battered Squid rings with Aioli dipping sauce on Mary Makes it Easy.
The ingredients are: 75g plain flour, ¼ tsp paprika, 175g semolina, 2 eggs, 300g squid rings, 2 tbsp sunflower oil and 75g butter.
For the aioli: 115g mayonnaise, Juice of ½ lemon, 1 garlic clove, finely grated and 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
