Freddy Forster baked potato pie with cream sauce and glazed carrot recipe on Step’s Packed Lunch

Freddy Forster served up a tasty baked potato pie with cream sauce and glazed carrot on Step’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 2 large baking potatoes, 2tbsp vegetable oil, 1 small onion, peeled and finely sliced, ½ clove of garlic, peeled and chopped, 250g mince beef, 1 tsp plain flour, 150g chopped tomatoes, 100ml beef stock, ½ tsp red chili, deseeded and finely chopped and 1 x roll of Puff pastry.

For the cheese sauce: 250ml double cream, 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated, Touch of freshly grated nutmeg, ½ tsp of corn flour, diluted with cold water, 1 tbsp chives, chopped and 150ml whole milk.

For the glazed carrots: 200g frozen carrots, barrels, Water and 75g unsalted butter.
