Simon Rimmer mushroom sausage rolls with eggs and onion jam recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty mushroom sausage rolls with eggs and onion jam on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry, 1 beaten egg, 1 diced onion, 1 clove garlic, 450g chestnut mushrooms – chopped, 100g butter, 50g of fresh breadcrumbs, 100g red onion jam, 1 tbsp chopped thyme, 1 tbsp chopped parsley and 1 eggs.

Serve with ketchup or brown sauce.
