Mary Berry and Mel Giedroyc served up a delicious raspberry parfait with a boozy raspberry and blackcurrant (cassis) liqueur coulis on Mary Make It Easy.
The ingredients are: 225g raspberries, 6 tbsp icing sugar, 4 tbsp cassis liqueur, 200g full-fat mascarpone cheese and 150ml pouring double cream and juice of ½ lemon.
