Simon Rimmer served up tasty King Prawns and Patatas Bravas on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1kg cooked new potatoes, Oil to deep fry, 2 tablespoons sea salt, 2 tablespoons smoked paprika, 200g mayonnaise, 1 head garlic, roasted for 20 minutes, then squeezed out, Zest and juice 1 lemon, 18 king prawns and Oil to griddle.
For the sauce: 1 diced onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1 red chilli, Tinned tomatoes, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar and 50g honey.
