Simon Rimmer served up a delicious peanut butter and banana bread with yogurt and honey on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 125g butter, 175g soft dark brown sugar, 2 eggs, 300g flour, 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda, 150ml buttermilk, 3 ripe, mashed bananas, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts (salted) and 75g crunchy peanut butter.
