James Martin winter salad with pecans, beetroots, bacon and goat’s cheese recipe

James Martin served up a tasty winter salad with pecans, beetroots, bacon and goat’s cheese on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 12 slices bacon, 12 thin baguette croutons, 2 large roasted beetroots, 100g goats cheese, 100g pecans, 100g caster sugar and Selection of winter salad leaves.

For the dressing: 100ml rapeseed oil, 50ml raspberry vinegar, Salt and pepper.
