Nadiya Hussain hash smash breakfast muffin with eggs, ketchup and curry powder recipe on Nadiya’s Simple Spices

Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty hash smash breakfast muffins with frozen hash browns, eggs, ketchup and curry powder on Nadiya’s Simple Spices.

The ingredients are: 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 3 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt, 150g spring onions, thinly sliced, 500g hash browns, defrosted and 4 medium eggs.

To serve: 4 large floury baps, butter, to spread and ketchup.
