Nadiya Hussain stewed pineapple with ice cream recipe on Nadiya’s Simple Spices

Nadiya Hussain served up delicious stewed pineapple with fennel, cardamom and ice cream on Nadiya’s Simple Spices.

The ingredients are: 750g frozen pineapple chunks, 250g caster sugar, 2 bay leaves, 3 cardamom pods, crushed, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 tsp fennel seeds and 150g ghee.

To Serve: ice cream of your choice.
