Simon Rimmer beef with soba noodles and edamame beans recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty beef with soba noodles and edamame beans on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 75ml soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 25mm piece ginger, grated, 2 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 grated garlic clove, 400g piece fillet steak, 250g cooked soba noodles, 125g edamame beans, 50ml rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy, 1 cucumber, thinly sliced and 2 finely sliced spring onions.

Chopped mint, sesame, crushed prawn crackers and coriander to garnish.
