Theo Michaels Singapore noodles with prawns and red peppers recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Theo Michaels served up a tasty Singapore style noodles with prawns and red peppers on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, 250g vermicelli noodles, 1½ tbsp curry powder mild, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 onion, peeled and cut into 1-cm thick slices, 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced, 4 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced, 2.5cm or 1in piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped, 150g beansprouts, 150g raw prawns, ½ tsp ground turmeric, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp caster sugar, 3 medium free-range eggs, lightly whisked, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 spring onions, sliced and A handful of coriander leaves, chopped.
