Wynne Evans Welsh bangers and mash with leeks and red wine gravy recipe on This Morning

Wynne Evans served up a tasty Welsh bangers and mash sizzling sausage supper on This Morning.

The ingredients for the Mash are: 1.5kg potatoes, peeled, Knob of butter, Splash of double creaml, 1 tbsp laverbread and Salt and pepper, to taste.

For the Red Wine Gravy: 2 shallots or small onions, finely chopped, Oil, for frying, 350ml red wine, 350ml stock, 2 tbsp cornflour (optional), Knob of butter, Salt and pepper, to taste.

For the Sausages: 4-8 sausages , 2 slices of sourdough bread, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped, Olive oil for frying, 1 handful of spinach , Salt and pepper, to taste, Nutmeg, to taste and 1 tsp laver seaweed flakes (optional).

For the Leeks: 4 baby leeks, trimmed and quartered, Butter or oil for frying and 300ml stock.
