Clodagh McKenna no fear cheese souffle with Dijon mustard recipe on This Morning

Clodagh McKenna served up tasty no fear cheese souffle with Dijon mustard on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 30g butter, plus extra for greasing, 10g stale breadcrumbs, 30g plain flour, 280ml whole milk, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, 1 large garlic clove, crushed, Sea salt, to taste, Freshly ground black pepper, to taste, 3 eggs, separated, 80g Gruyère or Cheddar cheese, grated, Small bunch of chives, finely chopped, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

To glaze: 60g grated gruyere and 6 tbsp double cream.
