Dean Edwards served up a delicious Air Fryer French Toast Croissant Bake on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredient are: 30g unsalted butter, for the ovenproof dish, 3 medium free-range eggs, beaten, 50g caster sugar, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, 100ml whole milk, 3 large croissants torn into pieces approx. 200g and 70g fresh blueberries.
To serve: 400ml double cream.
