James Martin served up a tasty Moroccan chicken with tomatoes, dates, peppers, orange and honey on James Martin’s Spanish Adventure.
The ingredients includes: chicken portions, dates, spring onions, oranges, almonds, pistachio nuts, pine nuts, white wine, tomato pulp and honey.
For the spice mix: cardamom, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, paprika, dried marjoram and dried chilli.
Other spices: cinnamon and star anise.
To finish: pomegranate, fresh mint , coriander and olive oil.
