Elena Silcock served up tasty Chicken Parm Garlic Flatbreads on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 x 400g tins of finely chopped tomatoes, 1 bunch basil leaves, 4 chicken breast fillets, 6 garlic flatbreads (approx. 190g each), 60g mayonnaise, plus extra to spread, Vegetable oil, to fry, 50g parmesan, grated, Salt and black pepper.
