Simon Rimmer and Steph McGovern served up a tasty Lemon Butter Hake on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 4 x 150g hake fillets, 50g plain flour, 50ml olive oil, 75g unsalted butter, 1 lemon, zested and juiced, 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped, 450g cooked new potatoes, 75g vegetable oil, 1 tbsp dried oregano and 75g unsalted butter.
