Theo Michaels served up tasty Tinned Vegetable Harvest Pie on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients: 500g puff pastry, 2 medium free-range eggs, whisked, 1 x 400g can baby carrots, 400g frozen peas/ petit pois, 1 x 400g can green beans, drained, rinsed, 1 x 400g can potato and leek soup, 2 x 400g can puy lentils, drained, rinsed, 3 tbsp plain flour + extra for dusting, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp cracked black pepper, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp dried mixed herbs and 1 tbsp unsalted butter, diced.
