Simon Rimmer served up a tasty bean and hotdog chilli on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 onion, peeled and finely diced, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped, 1 tin mixed beans, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tin hot dog sausages, drained and cut into 4 pieces and Handful spinach, chopped.
To serve: 200g cooked wholegrain rice, Handful of peas, Sour cream and Crushed tortilla chips or crisps.
