James Martin served up delicious White Chocolate and Raspberry Eclairs with Choux pastry on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the choux pastry: 225ml water, 60g butter, 125g plain flour, Pinch salt and 4 medium free-range eggs.
For the filling: 450ml double cream, whipped.
For the glaze: 200g melted white chocolate, 200g icing sugar sifted and 100ml hot water.
