Simon Rimmer served up a delicious white chocolate and blueberry rice pudding on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 ltr milk, 225ml evaporated milk, 100g pudding rice (or short grain), 2 teaspoons pure vanilla paste, 50g sugar, 90g chopped white choc, Freshly gated nutmeg and 300g blueberries.
