Simon Rimmer served up a delicious limoncello and raspberry pudding on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g raspberries, 100ml limoncello, 1 tablespoon icing sugar, 50g butter, 200g sugar, Zest and juice 3 lemons, 3 eggs, separated, 50g flour and 250ml milk.
Icing sugar and more soft fruit and clotted cream to serve.
