John Whaite severed up delicious blueberry and lemon muffins with lemonade on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 225g plain flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 115g light brown soft sugar, Zest 1 lemon, ½ tsp fine salt, 100g lemonade, 125g whole milk, 2 large free-range eggs, 115g unsalted butter, melted and 100g fresh blueberries, save a few extra to garnish.
