Rosemary Shrager served up a delicious strawberry cheesecake on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 250g digestive biscuits, finely crumbled, 6 tbsp melted butter, 500g cream cheese, 160g caster sugar, 70g plain flour, 4 large free-range eggs, separated, Finely zest of 1 lemon, the juice will use for the sauce, 2 tsp vanilla extract, optional, 160g sour cream, 500g fresh strawberries, to decorate and for the sauce and Caster sugar.
