Lenny Carr-Roberts Seared Sea Bass with Cuttlefish Bolognaise abd crispy Pomme Anna recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

Lenny Carr-Roberts served up tasty Seared Sea Bass with Cuttlefish Bolognaise abd crispy Pomme Anna on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 pieces of Seabass fillet, 2 large maris piper potatoes and 150g melted butter.

For the bolognaise: 300g diced cuttlefish, 4 cloves garlic minced, 4 anchovy fillets, 1 white onion peeled and chopped, 1 carrot peeled and Finley diced, 1 small leek Finley diced, 100g fresh basil, Zest and juice of 1 lime, 100g butter, 2 tbsp tomato puree, A few tarragon leaves chopped, 2 tins chopped tomatoes, Salt and pepper to taste, 1 glass white wine and Fish stock.
