James Martin served up a tasty steak with fried rice, asparagus, watercress and teriyaki sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 x 200g sirloin steaks.
For the teriyaki Sauce: 100ml mirin, 100ml sake and 25ml soy.
To serve: Crispy fried wild rice, Watercress and Asparagus.
