Melissa Hemsley served up the perfect chocolate pots with Medjool dates, yoghurt and hazelnuts on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 180 g Medjool dates about 10 large dates, 250 ml milk, 160 g dark (50%–70%) chocolate and A little pinch of sea salt plus extra to serve (optional).
Optional toppings: Dollop of plain yoghurt, Chopped toasted hazelnuts, Pitted cherries, Raspberries and Crushed biscuits such as ginger nut or digestive.
