John Whaite served up a tasty salmon traybake with asparagus, broccoli, miso and chipotle paste on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 1 x 250g packet cooked puy lentils , 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed , 1 small onion, peeled and roughly chopped , 100ml water , 200g tenderstem broccoli, 100g asparagus spears , Olive oil, to drizzle , Sea salt flakes , 1 tbsp white miso paste , 2 tsp chipotle paste , Juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp runny honey , 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped and 2 large salmon fillets.
