Lisa Faulkner strawberry mousse cake recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a delicious strawberry mousse cake recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 400g strawberries, hulled , 90g sugar, 2 egg yolks, 1 heaped tsp vanilla bean paste, 300ml milk, 500ml double cream and 20 sponge fingers.
