James Martin served up a tasty spaghetti carbonara with pancetta and pecorino cheese on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 15ml olive oil, 25g butter, 300g pancetta, sliced, 3 egg yolks, 50g grated parmesan, 50g grated pecorino, Salt and pepper and 350g spaghetti.
