John Whaite served up delicious almond croffle with croissants and icing sugar on Steph’s packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 60g unsalted butter, softened, 60g ground almonds, 60g caster sugar, 1 large free-range egg, ½ tsp almond extract, 4 croissants, 40g unsalted butter, melted, 30g flaked almonds and 4tbsp icing sugar, plus extra for serving.
