Jane Dunn served up her egg-cellent Easter egg cookies on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 125g unsalted butter, 100g light brown soft sugar, 75g white granulated sugar, 1 medium egg, 1 tsp vanilla, optional, 300g plain flour, 1½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda, ½ tsp sea salt, 100g white chocolate chips, 200g mini chocolate eggs, chopped and 50g mini chocolate eggs, whole.
