Sandro’s healthy veggie pizza with olives and spinach recipe on Lorraine

Sandro served up a healthy veggie pizza with olives, Goat’s cheese and spinach on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients for the pizza base are: 200g self-raising whole meal flour (plus extra for dusting), Pinch of salt, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 clove garlic, crushed and 140g full fat natural yogurt.

For the topping: 1 red onion, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 8 tbsp passata, 1 tsp dried oregano, A pinch of salt, 2 figs, sliced in 4, 100g goats’ cheese, torn, Green pitted olives, halved, 1 clove garlic, crushed, Pinch dried chilli flakes, A handful of fresh spinach and A drizzle of honey.
