Freddy Forster served up a tasty pesto pasta with wild garlic on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the wild garlic pesto are: 100g wild garlic leaves, ½ bunch basil, 50g pine nuts, 6tbsp parmesan cheese, grated and 250ml – 300ml olive oil.
For the courgettes, cherry tomatoes and basil: 2tbsp olive oil, 200g large courgette, 175g cherry tomatoes, cut in half and ½ bunch fresh basil, just the leaves.
For the crispy Serrano ham: 5 slices Serrano ham.
For the Pappardelle: 500g Pappardelle egg pasta and Salt for the water.
To serve: 75g Parmesan cheese shavings and 1 lemon, zested.
