Yotam Ottolenghi and Noor Murad Tenderstem Broccoli With Soy peanuts and Peanut Gochujang Dressing recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

Yotam Ottolenghi and Noor Murad Tenderstem served up tasty Broccoli With Soy peanuts and Peanut Gochujang Dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 600g tenderstem broccoli, washed well, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lime juice and salt.

For the soy Peanuts: 1 tbsp light soft brown sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp olive oil and 50g blanched unsalted peanuts.

For the Peanut Gochujang Dressing: 100g smooth all-natural peanut butter, 2 tsp gochujang, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp light soft brown sugar, 2 tbsp lime juice, 10g fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated, 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed, 2 large makrut lime leaves, stems discarded and leaves finely chopped and 10g chives, sliced into 1½cm lengths.
