Richard Madeley served up a tasty spaghetti bolognese with chicken livers and red wine on Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours.

The ingredients include: Olive oil, 500g beef mince, 1/2 dozen chicken livers, white onions, 3 garlic cloves, 4 tsp tomato puree, 2 tins chopped plum tomatoes, dried oregano, 1/2 bottle red wine, large glass of port, large glass of sherry, 1/2 cube beef stock and Parmigiano cheese.
