Craig and Shaun (Original Flava), served up tasty fully loaded jerk chicken with plantain fries on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 ripe yellow Plantains cut into fries, 300g Mini chicken fillets or Chicken breast, 1 tablespoon jerk dry rub, 2 tablespoon jerk marinade, 1 medium onion diced, 2 garlic cloves diced, 600ml Double cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon dried thyme, 1 tablespoon paprika, 150g grated cheddar cheese, 3 spring onions diced, 1 red chilli sliced and 1 green chilli sliced.
