Alex Hollywood served up a tasty one pan Mexican chicken with salsa verde sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1.75kg chicken, 85g softened butter, 2 tbsp chipotle paste, Juice of 1 lemon, 1 large handful chopped fresh parsley, Salt and pepper.

For the sauce: 3-4 handfuls fresh coriander, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 peeled chopped garlic cloves, Juice of 2 limes, 1-2 jalapeños, depending on heat preference, seeds removed and then chopped, 3 handfuls flaked Parmesan, about 100g, 4 chopped spring onions, 3 – 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 4 – 6 ripe limes quartered, Salt and black pepper.
