Simon Rimmer garlic steak with new potatoes recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty garlic steak with new potatoes on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 2 x 225g aged rib eye, room temp, 50ml oil, Salt & pepper, 500g cooked new potatoes, cut into wedges, 6 cloves sliced garlic, 2 sliced red chillies, 50ml olive oil, 100g butter, Chopped rosemary and thyme and 50g honey.
