Clodagh Mckenna cheesy asparagus tart with bacon and filo pastry recipe on This Morning

Clodagh Mckenna served up a tasty cheesy, bacon and asparagus tart with filo pastry on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 leeks, sliced, 2 cloves of garlic, crushed, 150g smoked bacon lardons, 100g spinach, 2 eggs, 200ml double cream, 100g cheddar cheese, grated, 4 sheets of filo pastry, 50g butter, melted, 100g asparagus, cut in half, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
