James Martin served up a tasty Pan Fried Sea Bass with Broccolini with green chilli salsa on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 x 200g sea bass, scored, 25 ml olive oil, knob of butter, salt and pepper.
For the broccolini: 200g broccolini, 50ml olive oil, salt and pepper.
For the sauce: 1 green chilli, chopped, 1 tbsp capers, 2 cloves of garlic, few sprigs of mint, parsley and oregano, 50ml olive oil and 1 lemon, juice and zest.
