John Whaite served up delicious double chocolate salted cookies on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 120g unsalted butter, very soft, 115g light brown muscovado sugar, 100g caster sugar, 1 large free-range egg, 1tbsp vanilla bean paste, 175g self-raising flour, 25g cocoa powder, 1tsp sea salt flakes, 100g milk chocolate, roughly chopped and 100g white chocolate, roughly chopped.
