Bikers chocolate brownies recipe with white and dark chocolates on Best of British foods

Si and Dave make chocolate brownies on Best of British using white and dark chocolates.

The Bikers say: “A fantastic, gooey brownie with dark and white chocolate chunks, crunchy nuts and tangy sour cherries.”

The ingredients are: 200g butter, plus extra for greasing, 175g caster sugar, 175g soft light brown sugar, 4 large free-range eggs, 100g plain flour, 50g cocoa powder, 125g plain dark chocolate, 125g white chocolate, 100g shelled pecan nuts and 70g packet dried sour cherries.
