Gino D’Acampo served up a tasty caramelised cod with goats cheese salad for Valentines Day on This Morning.

the ingredients are: 3 tbsp runny honey or maple syrup, 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 4 tbsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley leaves, 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 4 x 200g skinless cod fillets, Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
